Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Cash Register Operation: Process 300 plus customer transactions per shift accurately using the POS terminal while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Inventory Stocking: Unload freight deliveries and stock 45 cases of merchandise per hour onto designated retail shelves following visual merchandising standards.
• Store Recovery: Complete front-facing and recovery routines across 12 store aisles every shift to ensure products are neat and price tags are visible.
• Loss Prevention: Monitor store floor activity and adhere to asset protection protocols to reduce shrinkage below the 1.2 percent annual threshold.
