• Point of Sale Operations: Process 300+ customer transactions daily using the POS terminal while maintaining an accurate cash drawer balance within a $3 variance threshold.
• Inventory Merchandising: Stock 45 cases of inventory per hour onto sales floor shelves following strict planogram guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
• Customer Assistance: Greet 100 percent of entering shoppers within 10 seconds and resolve product inquiries or return requests using the store inventory scanner.
• Store Maintenance: Complete hourly safety sweeps of aisles and sweep 5,000 square feet of retail floor space to ensure a hazard-free shopping environment.
