Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Register Operation: Process 250+ customer transactions per shift using the IBM SurePOS terminal with 99% cash accuracy.
• Merchandising and Recovery: Face and front 4 store aisles every 2 hours to ensure products meet visual standards and remain accessible.
• Inventory Auditing: Scan 50 items daily using the Honeywell Dolphin handheld scanner to identify out-of-stock inventory.
• Customer Assistance: Resolve an average of 35 shopper inquiries per shift regarding product locations, pricing, and return policies.
