Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: Handle an average of 65 inbound customer service calls per shift using Zendesk to resolve order and billing disputes within 4 minutes.
• Ticket Resolution: Process 30 support tickets daily via Salesforce, ensuring a first-contact resolution rate of 88 percent or higher.
• Customer Retention: Apply loyalty discount codes through the point-of-sale database to retain dissatisfied shoppers, maintaining a monthly retention score above 90 percent.
• Internal Advancement Training: Complete 5 hours of leadership development modules monthly on our internal learning management system to prepare for senior support or supervisory roles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in navigating dual-monitor computer systems and typing at least 40 words per minute
