• Process store return transactions: Execute return and refund transactions in SAP processing software adhering to company loss-prevention guidelines under 2 percent discrepancy rates.
• Achieve quality assurance benchmarks: Maintain a minimum 92 percent customer satisfaction score evaluated through post-interaction surveys and internal QA monitoring.
• Complete internal promotion milestones: Complete 40 hours of quarterly leadership training modules required for advancement to senior support and supervisory roles.
